Questions, answered

Anything else? Message us on Etsy or email hello@beebo-designs.uk. We reply within a working day.

Do you send a proof before engraving?

No. What you type is exactly what we engrave, so please check the spelling of every name. If you are unsure about anything, message us on Etsy before you order.

How do I choose a font?

Every font has a number from 01 to 10. Try them above, then pick the same number in the Etsy personalisation box.

When will it arrive?

We usually engrave and post within 3 working days. Delivery is free by Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can follow it to the door.

How big are the hangers?

Full adult size, 44 cm across, in solid wood with a trouser bar and a swivel chrome hook.

White or eucalyptus?

White is painted, so the engraving shows as a crisp dark line. Eucalyptus is natural wood with a warm grain, so every hanger looks a little different.

Can I order different names in one set?

Yes. A set is several hangers in the same wood, and each one can carry its own name. Put every name in the personalisation box on Etsy, one per hanger.
